Italianni’s New Tastes of Italy Dishes

Here’s something new and definitely a must try from Italianni’s Philippines, the “Tastes of Italy” dishes. These are new offerings of Italianni’s that are inspired by authentic Italian flavors.

Osso Bucco di Fattoria

ceA Milanese specialty of veal shanks braised in a richly-flavored sauce of vegetables and wine. Served on a bed of polenta, it is rustic and comforting which explains why the chef chose to add fattoria (farm) to its name.

Agnello Brasato

InviteLamb shanks cooked in a robust mixture of vegetables, red wine and other seasonings. Choose between creamy polenta or garlic mashed potatoes to soak up the delicious sauce.

Pancetta Croccante E Vongole

By the way, for dessert I recommend Panna Cotta and for salad try the Sicilian Chicken salad. These two are not included in the ‘Tastes of Italy’ menu but these are my personal favorites when dining at Italianni’s.
