Republic Act 7277, otherwise known as the Magna Carta of Person With Disabilities (PWD’s) is an act providing for the rehabilitation, self-development and self-reliance of persons with disability and their integration.
And this coming March 10 – 13, 2015 at NCCC Mall Davao (9-5pm), Matina Davao city, we will be celebrating its 23rd Anniversary.
The programs are as follows:
1. Trade Fair and Bazaar – To showcase the products and services of PWD’s
2. Jobs Fair- Employment for PWD’s
3. Scholarship Fair – Education for PWD’s
4. Partners and Stakeholders forum
5. Talent show
These activities will highlight the progress and obstacles in implementing laws, promote public awareness to break barriers and open doors for employment and livelihood of PWD’s.
PWD’s who have products or services please join us in Trade fair and Bazaar, those PWD’s who are seeking a job please join us in the Jobs Fair, just prepare your resume and credentials. and those who are aspiring to continue their education but don’t have the means and resources please join us in the Scholarships Fair.
