Experience the Pakfry King

At first, I was wondering why Pakfry? When i saw the first served plate on our table, it was not the usual simple fried tuna tail, it has paksiw sauce on it.  That moment, i therefore concluded it was cooked in two different ways. The taste was so good and not to mention the vinegar “suka” was superb, just perfect combo. A must try unique food in the city, indeed. No doubt he’s the king!

The Pakfry King can be found at Palo Vince – The Pakfry King restaurant located at Dacudao Avenue, Davao city. The restaurant served also other sumptuous food like Sinuglaw, Pork BBQ, sea weeds, and many more. 


The place was very pinoy style, cozy but most importantly, accessible to wheelchair person like me.

The whole experienced was fun and memorable especially it was shared with good people and good food. Thank you so much to Mr and Mrs Sato for having us. Definitely, we will come back to experience again the Pakfy King.


TRIVIA:
This is the Pakfry King. He’s been in the family of Mr and Mrs Sato for years now.

“Ang Nakatagong Sarap” . 
After eating the meat of Pakfry, inside the bone, experience another delicious part of the tuna tail that melts in your mouth.

The word pakfry originally from Mr & Mrs Sato.
