Open Access BPO formally opens its newest office in Davao city as it continue to seek flexibility and global competitiveness.
This multilingual call center with over 25 international customers with different languages expresses high hope with its latest expansion in Philippines’ top next wave city, Davao. Davao is recognized by IBPAP or the Int’l Business Process Administration of the Philippines and by DOST or the Dept of Science and Technology as the best outsourcing destination the country.
We want to stay nimble and flexible as we offer highly customized solutions for multinational companies looking to expand in Asia and Europe,” CEO Benjamin Davidowitz remarked.
The Davao office is located at G/F Filandia IT center, Quirino Avenue corner Jacinto Extension St., 11-B Poblacion District. It is a one floor unit occupying 546 square meters. The office can accommodate approxiatemately 180 employees who will be at the forefront of the company’s customer support services and back office solutions. In the future, the CEO said that they are foreseeing to build a campus to house more than 500 agents.
